R01 follows your two facade references while retaining the inherited building structure. All new fabrication dimensions are proposals for architect coordination.
| Element | Modeled dimension |
|---|---|
| Grille frames / square bars | 4″ / 1″ square profiles |
| Glass double-door outer jambs | 4½″ visible width |
| Door leaves | Two × 35.725″ wide × 101.78″ high overall; 2½″ black aluminium leaf frames and clear glass, no grille |
| North glass heights, left to right | 46.03″ / 58.53″ / 62.03″ |
| West glass height | 40.03″ |
| Guard posts / infill | 2½″ / 1″ square profiles |
| Handrail | 2¾″ × 2″ |
| Main bolted base plates | 5″ square |
| Pedestrian opening | 4′ clear, measured to the first base plate |
| Facade glazing frames | 3″ visible width × 4″ depth |
The three grille openings and twin glass doors now share one continuous top frame, with metal dividers and no masonry gaps between the openings. Each door has its own black aluminium perimeter frame; there is no separate transom. Inspect the isolated assembly →
The left grille now extends 10″ lower, with its bottom frame meeting the upper landing. The three outside frame heights are approximately 4′2″, 5′2½″ and 5′6″, matching the reference’s approximate 0.76 : 0.95 : 1 height ratio.
Garage headroom needs review. The inherited ramp and beam model yields about 6′0.6″ beneath the first stored sectional panel, below your 6′9″ target. Beam/ramp survey and the supplier’s track design need to resolve this before the door is selected.
The new north header, west openings, guard anchorage and double-door operation also need architect coordination. The narrow band above the grille represents a finish zone, not an engineered lintel.
This revision retains the inherited interior layout, including the basement commercial-room partition. It does not include the five-car parking conversion or restaurant furnishings from the AI reference images.
